Bronze

This is the most basic level of support with access to online documentation only.

Silver

Everything in Bronze plus you can contact the support team via email/helpdesk and get assistance with configuring a single project.

Gold

Everything in Silver plus you can contact the support team via instant chat and have faster responses to your queries.

Platinum

Everything in Gold plus assistance with configuring multiple/complex projects, email template configuration, custom themes, and programme configuration.
